How are panties.com products packaged? What are your shipping costs? Do you ship products internationally? Do you charge tax for shipping out your products?

Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you purchase from panties.com, you may return any merchandise you find unsatisfactory within 60 days. Merchandise received after 60 days may only be exchanged if defective. If an exact replacement is not available, an appropriate substitute may be selected. Shipping and gift wrap fees are not refundable. Sales of closeout merchandise are final and no returns will be accepted, so please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing closeout items. It has been profiled by CNN, MTV, USA Today, Playboy Magazine, The Wall street Journal and over 500 other newspapers, television and radio stations throughout the country. We specialize in gifts that men send to their sweethearts for Birthday, Anniversary, Christmas and Valentine's Day.
What are your customer service hours to place an order over the phone? How will the charge appear on my credit card statement? How can I check the status of an order? Why do individuals purchase panties.com? Please note shipping and gift wrapping are non-refundable. How much do you charge for shipping? Shipping for Panty-of-the-Month® is FREE in the US. For all other countries, shipping is $10-$30 per month, depending on the country. Minimum shipping for all other lingerie is $5.90 within the U.S. PLEASE CALL FOR PRICES on Canada and overseas shipping.
If she doesn't like it will my money be refunded? Always. If she is not completely satisfied with her first package, just return the first package for a full refund of your subscription. Please note shipping is non-refundable. What if the size I need is not listed? Designer lingerie is not always made in all sizes. If you don't see a size, it means the design is not available in that size. What if it doesn't fit? Not to worry. A size change request form is included with her first package. Can I select which months to send? You may choose the month her subscription begins, All Panty-of-the-Month® plans are consecutive months, 3, 6 or 12. Can I get a special greeting? Absolutely. Just ask and her first package will arrive with Happy Birthday or Happy Anniversary lettered in beautiful calligraphy -- absolutely free of charge! How is the subscription billed? The panty subscription -- 3, 6 or 12 months-- is billed to the credit card at one time. Or you may pay in advance by check or money order. Matching bras and garterbelts are optional add-on items, and are billed on a monthly basis. If I want the panty and bra combination, may I pay with a check?
