SHIPPING:

How are panties.com products packaged?

Products are mailed in white tyvek envelope, Priority Mail packaging, FedEx packaging or cardboard box.
The words "panties" does not appear on the outside.

What are your shipping costs?

Panty-of-the-Month® is shipped FREE of charge within the United States, Canada shipping is $10 per month. Overseas shipping is $10-$30 per month, depending on the country. PLEASE CALL FOR SHIPPING PRICES OUTSIDE THE U.S.

Shipping within the continental United States on all other items starts at: ground $5.90, 2-Day FedEx $29, and Overnight FedEx $49. When you add an item to your shopping cart, a complete display of options and pricing will appear allowing you to make the most cost effective choice before submitting your order. We occasionally feature FREE SHIPPING days on our website for ground orders within the United States.

Do you ship products internationally?

Yes. Panties.com products are available for international shipping. Some countries are excluded due to the high incidence of credit card fraud.

Do you charge tax for shipping out your products?

Tax is only applicable for orders shipped to Iowa. If you ship your package to Iowa, a 7% sales tax is added to your order. We are not responsible for any international tax or custom charges that may be applied upon delivery if you reside in an area outside of the United States.



RETURNS:

If she doesn't like it will my money be refunded?

Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you purchase from panties.com, you may return any merchandise you find unsatisfactory within 60 days.  Merchandise received after 60 days may only be exchanged if defective. If an exact replacement is not available, an appropriate substitute may be selected. Shipping and gift wrap fees are not refundable.

Sales of closeout merchandise are final and no returns will be accepted, so please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing closeout items. These items are generally 50-70% off and can be found throughout the site.

Step 2:

Customer is responsible for return postage and for insuring your package to guard against loss or damage. (If you are returning a defective item or an item you were shipped in error, please
contact us before returning anything. We might be able to save you any further inconvenience.)

Tip: Your local post office provides free boxes and envelopes if you use Priority Mail,
For packages of 13 ounces or less, First Class postage is cheaper  For packages of 2 pounds or more, you might find Parcel Post to be a better value.

You can usually reuse the container in which you received your order. For example, if you received your order in a plastic envelope, it can sometimes be turned inside out and then sealed with a piece of tape. Similarly, if you received your order in a box, you may reuse it as long as any old postage or address labels are covered or crossed out.

Step 3

We try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, processing time depends on many factors. Some factors that may delay returns processing are:

  • Federal holidays
  • Exchange item is not in stock
  • Large amount of exchanges/returns to be processed after a holiday

If you request a refund:

We'll either issue a credit to your charge card or send you a refund check, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase. Once we issue a credit to your charge card, allow 1-3 business days for it to be posted to your account. Shipping charges and gift wrapping charges are not refundable.

If you request an exchange:

We don't normally charge for shipping if the same style is being exchanged for a different size, but other exchanges are subject to standard shipping charges.

If there is a balance due you, we'll either issue a credit to your charge card or send you a refund check, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase. If there is a balance owed, we will charge the same card you used for your original purchase or you can enclose a money order .

What kind of products does the panties.com sell?

We sell lingerie and gift baskets of lingerie complete with imported bath items, Belgian chocolates, exotic coffees and other romantic pleasures. In addition, we partner with Sinclair Intimacy Institute to bring you the latest videos and CD's from bettersex.com. The bettersex series are instructional in nature and teach couples how to have a more intimate and rewarding sexual experience. Vibrators, personal massagers, Nina Hartley CD's and videos, are also sold on our website.

Our flagship product, Panty-of-the-Month® is sold in 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions. It has been profiled by CNN, MTV, USA Today, Playboy Magazine, The Wall street Journal and over 500 other newspapers, television and radio stations throughout the country.

How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?

Charges will appear on your statement as "MRC".

How can I check the status of an order?

If she doesn't like it will my money be refunded?

Always. If she is not completely satisfied with her first package, just return the first package for a full refund of your subscription. Please note shipping is non-refundable.

 What if the size I need is not listed?

Designer lingerie is not always made in all sizes. If you don't see a size, it means the design is not available in that size.

What if it doesn't fit?

Not to worry. A size change request form is included with her first package.

 Can I select which months to send?

You may choose the month her subscription begins, All Panty-of-the-Month® plans are consecutive months, 3, 6 or 12.

 Can I get a special greeting?

Absolutely. Just ask and her first package will arrive with Happy Birthday or Happy Anniversary lettered in beautiful calligraphy -- absolutely free of charge!

 How is the subscription billed?

The panty subscription -- 3, 6 or 12 months-- is billed to the credit card at one time. Or you may pay in advance by check or money order. Matching bras and garterbelts are optional add-on items, and are billed on a monthly basis.

 If I want the panty and bra combination, may I pay with a check?

For the "and bra" combination, we accept Visa and MasterCard but not checks.
