Every one lives with some kind of burden. Maybe it’s some insult that brings back old memories, or a reminder of a time something went wrong. But it’s not just you – it’s your spouse as well.
So when they freak out, when something destroys them from the inside out or ruins their mood, make sure you’re paying attention. Be attentive, and supportive. Help them in a way that’ll make them feel more comfortable. It’s a relationship, and that means there are two of you. If you expect support from them, it better be coming to them as well.
