It's often the little differences between two coupled up people that can signify some of the biggest disparities in personality traits and general life values like a preference towards smoking, a tendency towards being a homebody (or the opposite), and a desire for adventure. If two people in a couple don't feel the same way about these and other seemingly minor issues, the continuous disagreements can take their toll and build up over time.
