The holidays aren’t exactly the easiest time to make romance a priority. Chances are you and your husband are spending more time rushing around malls and dealing with seasonal stress than enjoying each other’s company. Make the most of evenings
Once the kids go to bed, take some time (at least 30 minutes) to reconnect. You might be tempted to turn on the TV and sit in silence as you decompress from the busy day, but resist the urge to get sucked into a cheesy Christmas movie. Use your evening time to sit by the fire, get caught up on each other's lives (not just how many gifts there are still to buy or how to tell great Aunt Greta she can't spend New Year's Eve with you).
